phsphin Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to phsphin. By accessing and using the phsphin website, mobile platform, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phsphin ("we," "us," or "our").

phsphin operates as an online gaming platform offering sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, JILI slots, and virtual sports. All services are provided to eligible players in the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using phsphin immediately. Continuing to use the platform after any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phsphin, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phsphin strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide it will result in account suspension.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using phsphin does not violate the laws of your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phsphin or any relevant gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close relative of an employee of phsphin or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

phsphin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to belong to ineligible players will be closed and any funds may be subject to review before release.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account Person

Each individual is permitted only one account on phsphin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately at support@phsphin.com.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and payment information. phsphin will use this information for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or OTPs with anyone — including people claiming to be phsphin staff. phsphin will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

3.4 KYC Verification

phsphin is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Postal ID) and may be asked for proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a one-time process for most players.

4. Deposits

phsphin accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• Minimum deposit is ₱100 for most e-wallet channels.
• All funds must be deposited from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phsphin does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits are credited to your phsphin wallet almost immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact support with a screenshot of your payment receipt and transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

phsphin is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and reliably. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered under your own name — the same name on your phsphin account and KYC documents.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• phsphin processes withdrawal requests within standard business hours. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via PESONet may take 1–2 banking days.
• Withdrawals are only available for funds that have satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Bonus-locked balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• phsphin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phsphin regularly offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback deals, and other incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all phsphin bonuses:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at phsphin are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus and any associated winings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (e.g., 20× the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Your Cashier page shows your current bonus status and how much wagering remains.

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phsphin actively monitors bonus activity. Any behaviour that phsphin reasonably considers to be bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated group exploitation, and use of prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

7. Sports Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on phsphin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sports market or casino game. The following general betting terms apply across the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. phsphin does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they are placed, except in cases where an obvious pricing error occurred (see below).
• In the event of obvious errors in odds or game settings, phsphin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at point of bet placement. phsphin reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed, phsphin's decision — based on available official information — is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by the rules of live dealer games. phsphin does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Malfunction voids all bets and pays. In the event of a technical failure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Responsible Gaming

phsphin takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available at no charge and can be activated directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximums on how much you deposit.
• Session time limits — Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a set number of days.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently close your phsphin account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect within 24 hours.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phsphin and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, software, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winings obtained through exploitation are void.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using third-party funds to deposit — all payment accounts must be registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime through the phsphin platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phsphin staff through any communication channel.

phsphin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Accounts suspected of illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation, and all relevant information will be provided to authorities as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phsphin platform — including logos, graphics, software, game assets, text, and the phsphin brand name itself — is the exclusive property of phsphin or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the phsphin platform without prior written consent.

Your phsphin account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsphin's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of this platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsphin is not liable for:

• Loss of winings due to network failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events outside phsphin's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Delays in third-party payment processing beyond phsphin's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits phsphin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

phsphin collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using phsphin, you consent to this processing. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your phsphin account at any time by contacting support at support@phsphin.com. Before closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment account following the standard KYC process.

13.2 Termination by phsphin

phsphin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach on your part, phsphin may withold balances pending investigation.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. phsphin will notify you via your registered email before applying monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. The fee details will be communicated in that notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

phsphin may update these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new services, or operational updates. When material changes are made, phsphin will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of phsphin after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phsphin shall first be referred to phsphin's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of arbitration in the Philippines. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings.
